TROPICAL STORM BARBARA FORMS IN THE EASTERN PACIFIC

A developing tropical storm has formed strength in the eastern Pacific Ocean. The system, now known as Tropical Storm Barbara, is currently located about 300 miles south of Mexico's Baja here California. Experts are anticipating that Barbara will continue to strengthen over the next few days. The storm is moving westward at a rate of 15 mph.
